As a Business & Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing both business operations and sales performance to drive strategic growth. You will support sales teams by providing data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient use of tools and strategies to enhance sales effectiveness. Additionally, you will work on broader business analysis, identifying operational efficiencies, market trends, and revenue opportunities to help the organization make informed decisions. Your role will involve compiling and analyzing business and sales data, monitoring performance through CRM and operational reviews, and implementing improvements to support overall business success.

Sales Performance & Business Insights:

  • Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and customer behaviors to provide actionable insights for sales strategy optimization
  • Track key sales metrics such as conversion rates, sales cycle length, and closing ratios.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
  • Review stale accounts, sales pipeline, and rotation strategies to optimize the sales process
  • Monitor and evaluate customer and market trends, providing insights to leadership for informed decision-making

Business & Process Optimization :

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance overall business productivity.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve the sales process, customer journey, and service offerings.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of business tools, including CRM, Learning Management Systems, and reporting dashboards
  • Develop data-driven methods to assess business and sales performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Lead & Sales Data Management :

  • Maintain and manage sales and business databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Research potential new clients through social media, government databases, and industry sources.
  • Verify and update existing client pools, assigning active clients to Sales Account Managers based on location and language preferences.
  • Ensure CRM records are up to date by maintaining, updating, and editing client information.

Reporting & Data Analysis :

  • Collect and analyze large datasets, generating insights on sales trends, market performance, and operational efficiencies.
  • Prepare and present sales evaluation reports, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to provide benchmarking and strategic guidance.
  • Track sales enablement metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of business initiatives on revenue and performance.

Sales Team Enablement & Support:

  • Provide the sales team with data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition
  • Identify knowledge or skill gaps within the sales team and support training initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Stay updated on industry laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring the sales team is informed of market changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or CS.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement roles.
  • Experience in e-commerce, classifieds platforms, or pricing strategy is a must.
  • Hands-on experience working with sales teams, performance tracking, and business process optimization or business growth.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and CRM management.


KNOWLEDGE :

  • Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Strong Grip on Excel and Data
  • Knowledge of sales processes, pricing models, and market research methodologies
  • Awareness of business strategy, financial analysis, and operational efficiencies
  • Industry knowledge of cars, automotive services, or digital marketplace trends is a plus.
