As a Junior Technical Recruiter at Dubizzle Labs, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our growing staffing needs. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and exposure to various aspects of technical recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and staffing needs.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Assist in coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and participating in the decision-making process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 0 – 6 months of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus.
