Job Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and innovative content (photos, videos, graphics, etc.) for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive and on-brand content.
- Create and edit short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage daily operations of all social media platforms, including posting, monitoring, and engaging with followers.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, grow followers, and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay on top of social media trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, giveaways, and contests in line with marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with the marketing and branding teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader company goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to the team, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Community Engagement:
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages to build a positive online community.
- Monitor social media conversations related to the brand and industry, identifying opportunities for engagement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing and branding efforts.
- Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships and collaborations that align with brand values.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a content creator, social media specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, etc.)
- Creativity and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on social media metrics.
- Experience in video editing and/or graphic design.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
