Dubizzle Labs is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to oversee and manage all logistical aspects for the Branding team. This role ensures the smooth execution of branding initiatives by coordinating vendors, materials, timelines, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track all logistics related to branding activities, including company events and marketing materials.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of branded merchandise, print materials, and event setups.
- Liaise between the branding team, Finance team, and internal stakeholders to align on project timelines, budgeting, approvals and deliverables.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for branding initiatives, ensuring compliance with financial processes.
- Support the execution of company events, ensuring all logistical elements are in place.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to branding logistics for future reference.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in marketing coordination, branding logistics or event management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors effectively.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
